Out with the old and in with the new! With every year comes a new marketing plan for your business. Now is the time to review and revamp some of what you already have in place, and add in some new options for a successful year in real estate when it comes to leveraging social media.
3. Brand Yourself!
Are your images getting lost in the shuffle? Do you envy what other real estate agents post because their graphics are branded to them or POP when you are scrolling through Facebook or LinkedIn? Yours can look the same! Take the time to contact a marketing company (like us!) to help you get your social branding on target for success.
2. Get Personal
Make 2021 YOUR time to shine! The more people know, love and trust you, the more likely they are to work with you! This is true for your target demographic, and it’s also true for those that you want to surround yourself with for a team/company dynamic. Are you hiring agents to work with you? The more they learn about who you are, the more they could see themselves working with you. Good people attract good people - so put yourself out there and the rest will fall into place!
1. Be Consistent
This is a big one. If you weren’t posting often in 2020, make 2021 your year! Consistency is so important and something that I coach on, well, consistently! If you make a plan, stick to the plan! If you’re ready to see results from social media, you need to be posting regularly on social media.
