Realities of the Role
This is primarily a sales role. Area Directors schedule appointments, meet one-on-one with industry vendors, manage client relationships, and get to know the top-performing real estate agents in their area.
Though sales experience is a must, every candidate is trained by company leaders who have more than 15 years of personal experience teaching our proven system.
