July Cover Agents Over the Years

"What I love about working in North Idaho is I get to meet so many different people! Everyone is moving here, and sometimes you are showing multi-million dollar homes, and the next day you are helping a first-time homebuyer." - Emily Maximus with the Haven Real Estate Team, photo by Shanoah Eck Photography

"change your mindset when it comes to working for the client. This isn't just a paycheck for you, it’s their new home or business venture. It’s their lives, and we are going to show them the right property that is going to be perfect for them and not settle for something less than perfect just to save time in our schedule. If they want to see 50 different properties, I’ll be there for every single one."

"My professional influence was most shaped by my father Richard Miner. He was raised during the great depression and lost his brother in WWII. I’ve often thought part of why dad was such a success was because it was his way of paying tribute to his brother. Dad says the most important lesson to teach children is work ethic."

"There are real people and families connected to everything we do. This is not a transaction it’s a relationship and it is paramount that we do everything possible we can to fully advocate for each and every client every time. Being available is huge. Taking the time needed to explain and educate on every process along the way. The more time you spend helping your clients understand the process the smoother it is for everyone and the better experience they will have. We strive to make this the best adventure it can be for them."

"I follow the 180-degree rule. When I entered real estate I watched all of my comrades in real estate for a few months. I watched how the average agents were working and behaving. So, I hired an ad agency and said let’s do something completely outrageous that nobody here would have the nerve to do. Let’s take a chance here and see what happens. So the first ad was The Super Pehr, flying over Coeur d’Alene like superman. I think the tagline was, ‘Selling your house? List with a Super Agent.'
