“I have a passion for making stressful situations easy by offering concierge service to my clients and their clients,” Karen shares. “I’m a veteran in the industry and extremely knowledgeable in the claims process, which makes it easy to set correct expectations with clients.”

Beyond her career, Karen’s life revolves around family. She and her husband, Michael, have been married for 37 years and are the proud parents of three grown children. Recently, they welcomed their first grandchild, Shay Rylee, a milestone Karen cherishes. Their household also includes their beloved dogs—Luke (10) and Osie (4)—who keep things lively.
 
Although she’s lived in nine states, Karen moved to Colorado 11 years ago and knew she had finally found her place. “I’ve fallen in love with the beauty and the people of this great state,” she says. “I think I’ve found my forever home here.”
