Originally from Philadelphia, Rob spent over 20 years in Corporate America until his position was eliminated nationwide. Though he was reassigned to a lower role managing three territories, the transition ultimately led to a buyout. At that moment, Rob made a pivotal decision—he would never work for someone else again.

In 2019, he purchased his first 1-800 Water Damage franchise in Colorado Springs. Today, he owns and operates locations in South Denver, Northern Colorado, and Colorado Springs, offering comprehensive restoration services, including water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and fire and smoke damage cleanup.

Rob built his business on networking—he actively sought connections within the real estate community. Through networking events and cold calls to real estate offices, he introduced his services to agents and offered free inspections.
