Jameson Olsen & All My Sons

Moving Lives Forward

When your clients reach moving day, the stakes are always high. After weeks or months of planning, they’re placing everything they own in someone else’s hands. That’s why having the right partner matters — someone who sees the job as more than hauling boxes. Someone who understands they’re moving lives. For REALTORS® across the country, that partner is All My Sons Moving & Storage, led by the unstoppable energy of Jameson Olsen, National Director of Marketing and Business Development.

For Olsen, the company’s mission is deeply personal. Years ago, facing an abusive relationship and needing to leave quickly, she called five moving companies for help. Every answer was the same: no availability, too expensive, or simply no. Then she reached All My Sons. The operations manager listened, paused, and told her, “I don’t know what I would do if I couldn’t get to my daughter to help her — like your dad can’t get to you now.” Within 45 minutes, a team arrived. The only truck they had was an 18-wheeler, but they used it without hesitation to move her entire life to safety. Six years later, Olsen returned to the company — this time to build its brand and help it become a pillar in the communities it serves.

That same compassion still drives All My Sons today. Family-owned for more than 40 years, the company has grown to 93 locations nationwide — including four in Colorado — and still operates on one guiding principle: “Let our family move yours.” Olsen’s goal has been to elevate the moving experience and reshape how people view the industry, particularly within real estate. She treats her REALTORS® like family, showing up with creative co-branded marketing, social-media education, and sponsorship strategies designed to make their businesses stronger. She measures her success by the success of those she supports. “A key tenet of our business is helping other businesses grow,” she says. “If we can do that, our business grows as a result. That’s why I always approach people with my palm turned down, asking how I can help — not with my palm turned up.”

Central to that philosophy is the All My Sons Ambassador Program, which allows referral partners to receive 7% back after a booked move is completed. Clients benefit too: they automatically receive the company’s top-tier protection plan, which ensures that if something happens during the move, All My Sons will make it right. As well as developing their pay at closing program where customers can pay for their move from the proceeds of their home!
Olsen has also expanded the company’s philanthropic footprint. Ten years ago, she launched the “Move With Us… For a Cure!” Pink Truck Program, wrapping the first truck in vivid pink to support breast-cancer awareness. Today, pink trucks roll across the country, turning heads and sparking conversations while raising awareness for a cause close to countless families.

Part of what sets All My Sons apart is its commitment to leadership. Once a manager completes training, they spend the first week working as a mover, no matter their role or background. For Olsen, this is non-negotiable. “How can you lead men and women when you’ve never been where they’ve been?” she asks. The result is a culture where leaders understand the job from the ground up. Making sure that the culture she has built at the locations she works with stays strong, Olsen frequently attends 6:00am dispatches to interact with the movers and to address certain important topics that arise.

Outside the moving world, Olsen pours her energy into youth sports — particularly youth flag football. A former multi-sport athlete and coach, she founded Hard Count Athletics, a national youth flag-football tournament circuit that has become a movement supporting young athletes, especially the rise of females in football. She partners with trailblazers like Dr. Jen Welter, the first female NFL coach, creating camps and opportunities that help girls see themselves on the field. “Everyone belongs on this field,” she says, and she means it. Seeing young athletes light up when they meet her — some treating her like a role model — has become one of her favorite parts of the work.

Her connection to football extends well beyond youth programs. Olsen has become the mover NFL athletes trust. Agents from across the league — especially during the chaotic days around the draft — reach out to her directly to handle player relocations with speed, discretion, and care. It’s not unusual for her phone to buzz late at night with a request from an agent. For these high-profile athletes, reliability matters, and Olsen has earned a reputation as the person who gets it done.

At its core, All My Sons is a family moving company with a national footprint — but with Olsen at the helm of marketing and partnerships, the company has become something more: a community supporter, a business ally, and a trusted resource for families in transition. Whether helping a REALTOR® build their brand, supporting a family through a tough move, or coordinating a relocation for an NFL star, Olsen brings the same philosophy to every interaction:
Compassion first. Service always. And a belief that moving isn’t just a task — it’s a responsibility.
