Michele Ciardullo

Leading with Heart, Harmony, and Purpose

For Michele Ciardullo, leadership is more than a title—it’s a reflection of who she’s become through every season of life. As Managing Broker at milehimodern’s Denver Tech Center office, she’s built her career on connection, authenticity, and growth: values that have guided her for over twenty years in real estate.
“I’ve always loved the balance this profession requires—people skills, negotiation, education, and empathy,” Michele says. “To be truly successful, you have to be well-rounded and deeply connected to those you serve.”
Michele’s journey began right out of college, when a friend told her she’d be great at real estate—a simple statement that changed her path entirely. She dove in headfirst, finding in real estate the perfect intersection of purpose and potential. Over time, she established herself as a consistent top producer in the Denver market, leading a team that ranked in the top 1% for years and earning recognition for her leadership and results.
But her defining moment came in 2016, when she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. “I had to decide whether I wanted to continue in this business,” Michele recalls. “What happened next reaffirmed everything. The entire real estate community rallied around me. I realized real estate wasn’t just my career; it was my calling.”
That experience deepened her sense of purpose. It taught her that the heart of real estate isn’t found in the numbers—it’s in the relationships built along the way. So when the opportunity arose to join milehimodern, Michele knew it was the right fit. “I started my career in a locally owned brokerage,” she shares. “Coming to mhm felt like coming home. It’s a place that celebrates collaboration, artistry, and integrity.”
Now in her role as Managing Broker, Michele is focused on what she calls “10x-ing everything,” which means leveling up her agents through growth, mindset, and excellence. Through programs like Mindset Monday and inspiration from books like Unreasonable Hospitality, she’s creating a culture that blends business acumen with human connection. “I’m passionate about helping our brokers grow—not just in production, but as people,” she says. “That kind of growth is what drives me.”
Her leadership style reflects both compassion and strength, the same qualities that helped her overcome her own challenges. “Consistency and lead generation are challenges every agent faces, including me,” she admits. “It’s why I can genuinely relate to what my agents go through.”
Beyond the office, Michele finds joy in her blended family and in the quiet moments that bring her balance. She and her fiancé, Miro, love cycling, pickleball, traveling, and hosting friends for country concerts. Her four children, including two “bonus” kids, inspire her daily.
Giving back to the community has always been an important part of Michele’s life as well. She has had the honor of serving as Vice Chair of The Lion Project, a local nonprofit supporting children facing food insecurity, which recently held its annual gala. “It’s been incredible to see the community come together,” she emphasizes. “It’s work that truly fills my heart.”
With all the busyness in her life, Michele enjoys nothing more than finding those small, quiet moments where she can sip a cup of coffee and just be.
To other agents, Michele offers one simple word of advice: harmony. “Harmony is my favorite word,” she says. “Balance implies everything has to be equal, but harmony allows for flow—for giving and taking as life demands. Seek harmony in all things—relationships, time, and purpose. It’s not about doing everything; it’s about doing what truly matters well.”
That philosophy extends into every part of her life. Whether she’s helping an agent grow, supporting The Lion Project’s mission, or simply sharing a cup of coffee with a friend, Michele leads with gratitude and heart.
In the end, Michele hopes to be remembered for her kindness, loyalty, and the difference she’s made in others’ lives, both in real estate and beyond. And as she continues to lead by example, she proves that true success isn’t about having it all—it’s about finding harmony in it all.
