Kristine Holvick and Diane Kreider

The Power of Partnerships

There’s a moment in every great partnership when everything just clicks. For Kristine Holvick and Diane Kreider, that moment felt inevitable.

They had known each other for years, starting their real estate careers around the same time. One of their earliest transactions put them on opposite sides of a deal, where each gained immediate respect for the other’s integrity, work ethic, and commitment to clients. Years later, they both had the same thought: We should embrace this wonderful business together!

That instinct paid off. As co-owners of KREIDER|HOLVICK, a powerhouse team under RE/MAX Cherry Creek, Kristine and Diane bring nearly two decades of experience each. Their combined career sales volume surpasses $500 million, with $41 million closed in 2024 alone. But more than numbers, their success is built on trust—trust in each other, in their processes, and in the relationships they cultivate with clients.

Kristine’s path to real estate was a natural evolution. Having spent years in title insurance, she developed an intricate understanding of the homebuying process. When the market shifted in 2007, she saw an opportunity to help investors navigate short sales and foreclosures. The transition felt right. She had always loved homes, interior design, and—above all—helping people.

“Being a trusted real estate professional is a beautiful opportunity to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact,” Kristine explains. “There’s a sense of community and belonging that pairs with homeownership. I wholeheartedly believe real estate provides long-term financial stability, and I enjoy walking alongside each client as they embrace their real estate goals.”

Diane, on the other hand, once swore off real estate. Her mother was an agent, and Diane saw firsthand the long hours and sacrifices. But real estate, it seemed, was in her DNA. When a corporate recruiter called her mother about a job, she passed but suggested Diane instead. That role led to a successful career on the franchise side of real estate, where she eventually became Senior Vice President of Company Operated Regions at RE/MAX International.

After starting a family, however, Diane decided to transition to sales for more flexibility, Launching her business in one of the worst markets in history, Diane never looked back. “I always tell new agents, you don’t know what you don’t know, so there’s never really a bad time to start. It only gets easier.”

For years, both Diane and Kristine operated independently—successful but missing something. As Diane explains, real estate can be lonely, and the demands of the business make work-life balance difficult. Partnering changed everything.

“Kristine has made real estate fun again,” Diane shares. “It’s great to have someone to problem-solve with when things get difficult, but even better to celebrate the wins with.”

“Diane is an exceptional, honest, ethical, principled, and skilled professional, but most importantly, she is a sincere and trusted friend,” Kristine adds.

Diane and Kristine’s move to RE/MAX Cherry Creek in 2023 as co-owners took their business to a new level. “RE/MAX of Cherry Creek is such a dynamic group of professionals—the move was the best decision of my career,” says Kristine. “The culture is vibrant, and the support staff and marketing department are extremely talented. This collaboration has enriched our service, leading to a more tailored experience for each client.”

“This approach fosters camaraderie and shared ownership,” Diane adds. “As a group, we decide on marketing investments, office costs, and other crucial aspects of running our brokerage. We truly believe in the principle of ‘we are in business for ourselves, but not by ourselves.’”

The KREIDER|HOLVICK philosophy is simple: Integrity first. They negotiate thoughtfully, advocate for their clients relentlessly, and approach each transaction with care and sincerity. Their clients quickly become friends, and those friendships become family.

That connection extends to their community involvement, as they donate a portion of every closing to the Children’s Miracle Network and actively support local charities like the Denver Rescue Mission and the annual ZooLights Coat Drive.

Kristine and Diane believe a major part of their success comes from maintaining a strong work-life balance. They are both deeply passionate about life beyond real estate and, through personal interests, they’ve met some of their best friends and clients. "I always tell new agents to get involved in groups or activities they naturally enjoy," Diane says. "That’s how you build real relationships, and those relationships lead to business in an authentic way."

For those looking to build a lasting real estate career, their advice is clear: Find a mentor, surround yourself with good people, and never compromise on integrity. “Success isn’t just about numbers,” Kristine says. “It’s about making a positive impact on our clients and community.”

For KREIDER|HOLVICK, that impact is already undeniable.
