Michelle & Maddie

Experience Meets Energy

Michelle Warner and Maddie Johnson are the perfect combination of youthful energy and seasoned expertise. They come from different generations and different life stages, yet share a natural understanding of real estate that feels almost instinctive—a connection rooted in growing up around the industry long before they ever imagined joining it.

Each was raised by a mother who built a career in real estate. Michelle watched hers lead as a managing broker in Delaware, learning how professionalism and steady guidance can anchor a community. Across the country, Maddie admires her mother’s success in the Bay Area, seeing how trust, hard work, and consistency can shape a business. Those early examples stayed with them, influencing the way they show up for clients today.

Their individual paths into real estate reflect the different strengths they now bring to their partnership. Michelle’s path reflects a blend of high performance and heart. At Eli Lilly & Co., she led her pharmaceutical sales team for eight consecutive years, gaining experience in communication, discipline, and trust-building. Running a small business and raising her three children—Jackson, Riley, and Gage—added depth and perspective. Real estate allowed her to bring those strengths together, offering calm, steady guidance during major moments in people’s lives.

Maddie’s journey began in sales and recruiting, sharpening her ability to communicate clearly and adapt quickly. Real estate became the place where those skills translated into something more meaningful, with a competitive edge from her Division 1 College Lacrosse days. She’s known for her optimism, industry knowledge, and people-first approach. She brings energy, warmth, and a natural ability to guide clients with confidence.

When they teamed up at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, their strengths aligned effortlessly. Michelle brings seasoned insight and intuition; Maddie brings a modern and energetic lens. Together, they offer something stronger than either could alone—a balanced, client-focused approach grounded in clarity, communication, and genuine care.

With over a decade of combined experience and more than $40 million in both closed sales and current inventory in 2025, they’ve built a brand known for market expertise and meaningful relationships. Their philosophy is simple: a full-service, client-first experience where every person feels supported and understood. “Everyone we work with has their own unique story,” they said. “And it’s our mission to listen and connect on a deeper level.”

Their early success signals momentum, but it’s not what motivates them. What they value most is the role they play in their clients’ lives. “The most rewarding part of our business is helping friends and family find their new home,” they shared. “We feel fortunate to play a small role in their next chapter.”

Even as their business grows, they remain intentional about how they navigate a shifting market. Rather than reacting to every change, they focus on anticipating trends and timing. “Being proactive allows us to better serve our clients’ needs and seize opportunities before they become time-sensitive,” they said.

That intentionality shapes their long-term vision and their commitment to the community they call home. They stay actively involved with organizations such as the Highline Canal, Quincy Farm, ACE Scholarships, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver—continuing the values they learned early on about investing in people and contributing where it matters.

Outside of real estate, both women lead active, grounded lives shaped by the people and passions they care about most. Michelle devotes much of her time to her three children—Jackson, Riley, and Gage—and stays actively involved through Cherry Creek High School athletics and supporting her two older children at the University of Alabama. A former Pilates studio owner and trainer, she still begins most mornings with Pilates or yoga. Her love for the mountains grew during five years living in Crested Butte, where hiking and skiing remain her favorite escapes. Married to her West Virginia University sweetheart for 26 years, Michelle brings a blend of drive, outdoor enthusiasm, and heart to everything she does.

Maddie’s adventurous spirit often takes her to the slopes of Vail, on new travels around the world, or into the kitchen—she’s an avid foodie who loves cooking and discovering new restaurants. Originally from the California Bay Area, her love for the mountains grew during her time at the University of Denver, where she played Division One lacrosse and met her husband and lifelong friends, ultimately inspiring her to plant her roots in the Rockies. Her happiest moments are spent with her husband, Dylan, their golden retriever, Boone, close friends and family, and the farm animals they care for in Cherry Hills Village.

If they are remembered for anything, they hope it’s for how they treated people—with kindness, integrity, and genuine care. “If our clients feel that we showed up wholeheartedly—with patience, honesty, and a thoughtful approach—that’s the legacy we hope to leave.”

For Michelle and Maddie, the blend of seasoned expertise and modern elegance defines their signature style—and it’s the standard that elevates every client experience.
