REAL IMPRESSIONS

Jake started Real Impressions with a single goal in mind: To help agents grow their businesses by creating bigger and better impressions on their clients, their sphere of influence and their referring relationships. As an agent himself, Jake needed to find a way to differentiate himself from the sea of competition. To not become part of what he describes as “the monotone stream of useless marketing material that will undoubtedly end up in the trash bin.” He found that most of his marketing materials were not accomplishing his goal of adding real value to his clients' lives. Over the next several years, he began to build a guidebook focused on life in Denver. It grew from a few simple pages into a comprehensive manual, housing all the knowledge that a Real Estate agent would need to spark authentic interactions with their contacts. And so, the Living in Denver Metro guidebook was born.

The guidebook features over twenty pages of Denver and Colorado lifestyle content, followed by comprehensive breakdowns of seventy-nine Denver neighborhoods and thirty Denver suburbs. In Jake’s own words, “There is a conversation starter on every page.” Whether the conversation is about enjoying local pools and music venues or what the best neighborhood is to lay down roots, there is a thoroughly researched section to reference.

This guidebook is not just built for first impressions, though. Its power lies in the usefulness throughout the entire lifespan of the agent/client relationship. From that very first conversation, when an agent is building trust, to well beyond the closing table, when an agent becomes a one-stop shop for how to live life to the fullest in Colorado, this guidebook will remain the go-to resource.

The publication, which Jake believes to be the first of its kind, available to all agents and lenders in Denver Metro, is fully customizable to his clients’ unique brands. From custom-designed covers displaying brokerage and personal branding to the custom interior biography page, the final product is designed to present as marketing material that is as unique as the agents who use it. It is because of this customization process that Jake believes this asset can help level the playing field between the most experienced agents and those who are just starting out in the Real Estate industry. With its approachable price point and customization process, the Living in Denver Metro guidebook can change the game for all agents and lenders.

Since the launch of Real Impressions, Jake has heard one success story after another from agents who are leveraging this asset in the field. From open houses to buyer presentations, business partnerships and beyond, agents are finding a more authentic way to build connections and trust with their sphere of influence.

Beyond the custom-printed version of the Living in Denver Metro guidebook, the asset is available as a digital product. With amazing versatility through social media and email campaigns, the use cases extend as far as your imagination can stretch. If you are an agent who already has a robust online presence, the asset can easily be integrated into your website. If you are still building that visibility, Real Impressions offers custom-built landing pages that house the digital version of the Living in Denver Metro guidebook.

As Real Impressions grows, it is clear that Jake is resolute in adhering to his core founding principles: add value authentically and price material so it is available to everyone. With the success he has experienced in Denver, he is already eyeing an expansion into several other cities and hopes to be supporting agents and lenders in over twenty metropolitan areas in the next three years.

When we asked Jake how he planned to achieve this goal, he said, “All I have to do is apply the first lesson I ever learned in Real Estate: Help people live a better life.”
