A Colorado native, Justin grew up in Steamboat Springs, where he ski raced before his family later moved to Thornton. He eventually found another passion on the football field, playing offensive line at Colorado State University from 1996 to 2000. After college, he attended training camp with the Denver Broncos during the spring of 2001 and later played arena football in Los Angeles.
 
Sports helped shape the way Justin approaches business today: with preparation, consistency, and a focus on executing the right game plan.
