Krissy White

Focus, Family, and the Power of Positivity

Krissy White doesn’t believe in limitations—only opportunities. Whether she’s helping a client transition into a new chapter of life, juggling showings with family dinners, or brainstorming a fresh marketing idea, Krissy brings one consistent force to the table: unwavering focus.

“I truly believe what you focus on expands,” she says. “If you spend time dwelling on interest rates or market shifts, that’s all you’ll see. Those negative thoughts and excuses will hinder your business. But if you stay focused on the good—your growth, your goals, and marketing yourself in a way you enjoy—you’ll keep moving forward.”

It’s a mindset that has served her well. Since stepping into real estate in 2014, Krissy has sold over $100 million in volume and earned the DMAR Excellence Award nine times over the past eight years. Most recently—after moving to milehimodern this past August—she hit a personal milestone: increasing her production by 74% in just six months.

“They’ve been incredible,” she says. “The support team, the marketing team, and my listings manager have all helped free up my time so I can find new business and properly take care of my current clients.”

That kind of momentum comes from more than just market savvy—it’s grounded in who Krissy is at her core. A Colorado native raised in Parker, she grew up watching her mother build a real estate career while raising a family on her own after the sudden loss of Krissy’s father when she was just four years old.

“Watching my mom work hard to support us was incredibly inspiring,” Krissy shares. “She showed me what strength and perseverance really look like.”

Before entering real estate, Krissy spent ten years in corporate sales, management, and training with Verizon Wireless. The career offered stability and a solid foundation—but eventually, she wanted more freedom, creativity, and the ability to make a more direct impact. Real estate checked every box.

“It was about helping people, being my own boss, and using my creativity and negotiating skills,” she says.

Since making that leap, Krissy has built a thriving business known for kindness, professionalism, and relentless dedication. Clients praise her patience and thoroughness, and many stay in touch long after the closing table.

“The most rewarding part of this business is helping people through all the different stages of life and being part of that next chapter,” she says. “Whether it’s first-time buyers, growing families, or people downsizing—every story is unique, and that’s what keeps it exciting.”

Today, Krissy is finding joy in the challenge of a shifting market. She’s leaning into her creativity—developing fresh, personalized marketing strategies and finding new ways to stay connected with her community.

“If you’re not enjoying the way you’re marketing yourself, people can feel that,” she says. “There are so many ways to grow your business—pick what feels fun and natural to you.”

Outside of real estate, Krissy is a proud wife to Brandon and mom to four-year-old Berkley, who’s already following in her mom’s footsteps as a horseback rider. Their home is also filled with the snorts and snuggles of their bulldogs, Sophie and Pearl.

Whether they’re traveling the world, playing a board game at home, or cheering on the Denver Broncos, family time is a top priority. Brandon’s an incredible golfer, and Krissy still loves riding hunter/jumpers and snowboarding when she gets the chance. She also loves getting lost in self-help and motivational books that fuel her mindset and keep her growth-oriented.

And if you ever catch her in the car or at a party, don’t be surprised when she flawlessly raps along to a 90s track. “For some reason, I have a talent for knowing the lyrics to the most random songs from the ’80s and ’90s,” she says, laughing.

For Krissy, success is about feeling satisfied, happy, and fulfilled. It’s about reaching the goals she sets—not just in her career, but in her health, personal growth, and family life. And it’s about making a positive difference, even if it’s just one person at a time.

So how does she want to be remembered? “As a badass,” she says with a sly smile.

She’s got the mindset, the drive—and the vocals to back it up.
