Jackie Angiello

Social Seller

“I sold over $20M as a solo agent and mom of three young kids,” says thriving agent, Jackie Angiello. “But my biggest accomplishment has been learning to leverage so that I can focus on things that move the needle and get time back.”

When we last featured Jackie in 2022, she was building a name for herself alongside her mother, REALTORⓇ Diana Hardek. Since then, her career has evolved dramatically. She’s launched her own team, moved brokerages, and embraced a CEO mindset that has redefined her work-life balance and business strategy.

“Looking back at my first year in the industry, I didn’t know what I was doing, didn’t have a plan or know what worked for me in terms of generating business,” Jackie reflects. “Now I know that rather than doing a little bit of everything, it’s better to do a lot of one thing.”

A Wheaton native through and through, Jackie’s roots remain central to her story. She grew up immersed in the community she now serves, later going on to play Division 1 soccer at Miami University. That competitive spirit didn’t leave her when she hung up her cleats. In fact, it laid the foundation for her tenacious work ethic and grit in the real estate world.

Jackie transitioned into real estate in 2012 after a few years as a teacher. Now with young children at home, she has a deep desire for a career that allows her to grow professionally without missing out on the moments that matter most. Her children—Mia (7) and twins Ally and Liam (6)—are active in sports and school, and Jackie has always made it a priority to be present.

“I coach soccer and softball, volunteer in the classroom, and attend field trips,” she says. “Learning to leverage has pushed me outside of my comfort zone but helped me get time back and live the life I desire with my family.”

Until 2024, Jackie was navigating the business solo. She chased leads across Chicagoland, unsure of her niche or direction. After help from her veteran REALTORⓇ mother and a focus on building her personal brand, she’s now finding her sweet spot. “I think a lot of agents resist leverage like transaction management and showing support, but in order to take things to the next level, there is no way one person can do it all. How far would Jeff Bezos have gotten if he insisted on delivering all of his packages?”

“You can’t be a ‘secret agent,’” she says. “If no one knows you’re in real estate, that’s not going to help you grow your business. You just have to get out there and try different things to find what works.”

Today, Jackie knows exactly what works. She’s transitioned from a solo producer to the team lead of the Jackie Angiello Group, based out of Keller Williams Premiere Properties’ new Wheaton location. With the support of director of operations Jenny Holloway, a bookkeeper, virtual assistant, and showing partners, she’s intentionally building a modern, fun, and bold brand backed by systems and strategy.

“Jenny Holloway is such an asset,” explains Jackie. “She holds a managing broker’s license, formerly managed an office of over 30 agents, and excels at training and building systems. I am so grateful for her!”

“I’m now thinking of my business like a CEO and not just a reactionary employee,” she says. “This allows me to spend more time working on the business instead of in it.”

That mindset shift has not only helped her scale, it has also reshaped her boundaries and sense of balance. Instead of doing everything herself, Jackie now embraces leverage—an idea she once resisted. Now, it’s a nonnegotiable.

“I used to feel guilty not being there for every showing,” she says. “Now I know that’s not sustainable. I may be coaching softball while one of my showing partners is with my clients.
That change has made me so much happier, and my business has only grown.”

Another huge development for her team is the new addition of her husband, Donny Angiello, following his decision to hang up his 16-year career in corporate America. His most recent position was the director of sales for a tech company in the environmental space, and his background will be invaluable as Jackie grows the team.

Jackie’s evolution extends beyond her growing team. She’s become a force on social media, where her authenticity and hyper-local content have generated serious results.

“In 2024, my Instagram @jackietherealtor helped me connect with new clients that equated to about $4.2 million in closed volume,” Jackie says. “It took me years to learn that getting on camera and showing my personality is what attracts actual clients.”

That learning curve has fueled her next goal: helping others do the same. Jackie is developing social media workshops and coaching programs aimed at helping agents grow their digital presence.

“I’m passionate about social media,” she says. “I want to help other agents understand how to use it to attract new clients and stay in touch with their sphere.”

Jackie is also exploring investment opportunities and off-market deals, looking to build a rental portfolio alongside her real estate business. Whether she’s mentoring agents, developing workshops, or expanding her team, one thing is clear: Jackie isn’t just in real estate. She’s building something bigger.

“In five years, I’d love to see the Jackie Angiello Group rocking the Wheaton and surrounding marketplaces,” she says. “In a perfect world, I’ll be focused on growing the business, listings, mentoring, coaching, and [developing] a social media coaching side of the business as well.”

At the heart of Jackie’s story is a simple but powerful truth: success doesn’t have to come at the expense of presence. With strategy, leverage, and a strong sense of self, she’s proving that it’s possible to grow a thriving business and be there for every game, every class party, and every field trip.
