ANDREW BOLLMEIER

Rooted, Driven, Rising Strong

“Trust that the work you’re putting in today will pay off in the future,” says Andrew Bollmeier, Broker and Principal of The Bollmeier-Corr Group. It’s the kind of advice he freely offers to new agents stepping into the sometimes unpredictable world of real estate. After all, success in this industry rarely comes overnight — but Andrew knows firsthand that with patience, consistency, and heart, it does come.

“There’s a long runway in real estate,” he explains. “You don’t always see the results or the fruits of your labor right away. But if you trust the process, even if things don’t pay off immediately, they eventually will. You have to have the patience to see it through.”

Andrew’s passion for guiding others shines through, whether it’s coaching his agents or helping clients navigate the market. He remembers his own early days, starting out at First Weber Real Estate nearly twelve years ago, where he found a nurturing environment surrounded by veteran agents. “They helped me so much,” he recalls. “I’d listen to their phone calls, ask questions — they were incredibly generous with their time. I have so much appreciation for that, and now I try to pay it forward by helping newer agents. I love being a resource for them.”

This past December, Andrew made the leap to Keller Williams, drawn by the company’s strong systems and extensive agent resources. For him, the move was another way to elevate his service and stay ahead in a fast-moving industry.

What fuels Andrew today is a deep commitment to educating clients and staying on top of industry trends. “There’s so much information — and misinformation — out there,” he says. “Whether it’s about the local market or national news like the recent NAR lawsuit, I want to be a trusted resource for people.” To help clients navigate the noise, Andrew is working on launching an email newsletter designed to break down important topics in plain language.

A Natural Curiosity, A Lifelong Passion
Born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin, Andrew grew up in Manree Park, a charming neighborhood where no two houses looked the same. “I’ve always been fascinated by homes and architecture,” he says with a grin. “Even as a kid, I’d walk around the neighborhood noticing what made each house unique — what design elements I liked or didn’t like. That interest has been with me as long as I can remember.”

After earning a marketing degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Andrew spent several years working in Washington, D.C. as a partner channel manager for a federal IT contractor. But when he and his wife Kim decided to move back to Wisconsin, Andrew saw the perfect opportunity to combine his two passions — homes and helping people — into a fulfilling career in real estate. “It’s the perfect job for me,” he says simply.

Balancing Family, Work, and Growth
Andrew and Kim have been married for 15 years and have three children: Noa (10), Henry (8), and Elodie (6). “Having three young kids while working in this business is definitely a challenge,” Andrew admits. “Balancing the demands of the market with being there for your family isn’t always easy. Sometimes you miss a game or a school event, and that’s tough. But on the flip side, being a real estate agent gives you flexibility — I can go on field trips, be present in other ways. It’s a give-and-take, and staying organized and disciplined helps manage the chaos.”

Family time is precious for Andrew. Together, they enjoy traveling, being outdoors, spending time on the lake, and just hanging out together. When he’s not working, you might find Andrew on the pickleball court — he’s an avid player — or planning the family’s next outdoor adventure.

Advice for Rising Agents
For those just starting out, Andrew has clear advice: “Find an office where people are collaborative, where agents help each other. You can learn so much just by being around veteran agents — listening to how they solve problems, watching how they handle challenges. Surround yourself with people who want to see you succeed.”

Andrew’s own favorite quote, by Teddy Roosevelt, sums up his approach beautifully:
“Believe you can, and you’re halfway there.”

With belief, patience, and hard work, Andrew Bollmeier has built a career — and a life — filled with purpose, growth, and impact. And as he continues to guide others on their paths, there’s no doubt his own best chapters are still ahead.
