New to the Milwaukee and Lake Country markets, Adam saw a need for a comprehensive, one-call solution for homeowners and Realtors when having multiple contractors needed to prepare properties for sale. The company coordinates and manages high-impact cosmetic improvements such as home clear-outs, interior and exterior painting, flooring and carpet installation, landscape cleanups, and move-out cleaning. By consolidating the services that matter most, HOMEstretch helps homeowners increase market appeal, maximize return on investment, and significantly reduce time on the market.

What distinguishes HOMEstretch is its strategic philosophy. While many service providers focus on isolated repairs or costly remodels, Adam approaches every property through the lens of attracting the largest buyer audience to click on pictures, request a showing and have little to no hesitation seeing this as a move-in ready property.  “We’re not trying to over-improve homes,” Adam explains. “Our focus is on the key cosmetic upgrades that elevate perceived value and align with buyer expectations.” This targeted approach ensures sellers make thoughtful, financially sound improvements while allowing agents to present listings that stand out—without unnecessary expense or delays.

Adam’s path to entrepreneurship reflects a background rooted in family, design, and business stewardship. Born and raised in Mequon, Wisconsin, he attended Homestead High School before studying Environmental Design Architecture at the University of Colorado Boulder. After college, Adam returned to Wisconsin to be closer to family, helping launch his brother’s restaurant, The Silver Fern, in Sheboygan, and later building a 20-year career with another brother’s business, Kriete Truck Centers. These experiences fostered a deep appreciation for family-run companies, operational discipline, and service-driven leadership.

The business represents a natural intersection of Adam’s architectural background, operational experience, and long-standing interest in residential property. Today, he leads a team focused on helping Realtors and homeowners prepare properties efficiently while protecting the financial potential of each listing.

Outside of his professional life, Adam prioritizes time with his wife Rebecca and their four-year-old daughter, Fiona. Whether traveling, hiking at Schlitz Audubon, biking through the neighborhood, attending music shows, or enjoying quiet evenings at home, family life remains an important balance to his work.
