Jeanette's journey into the world of real estate began serendipitously while attending college. Starting at a title insurance company, she quickly discovered her passion for the industry, prompting a shift in her major from criminal justice to real estate. Under the guidance of her mentor, Kathy, Jeanette gained invaluable experience and training, solidifying her commitment to this field.

"I truly enjoyed learning more about the title insurance and closing process," Jeanette reflects. "My mentor allowed me the opportunity of full-time employment and training opportunities while completing my degree."

Jeanette's success stems from her unwavering dedication to building and maintaining strong relationships, both within the business and with employees. Mutual trust and faith in each other and their process have been instrumental in 1st Service Title & Closing's growth and reputation. This same dedication extends to her family life. Married for over 20 years, Jeanette and her spouse have an 18-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter.

Jeanette's team is the backbone of 1st Service Title & Closing. Larry Liesen serves as Vice President, while Kristi Fischer leads as Sales Manager and Closing Representative. The team of examiners includes Colleen Limberg, Katina Moore, and Jen Kiesling, while Maggie Langford, Casandra Sowinski, Taylor Wilbrandt, and Bailey Latta excel as Closing Representatives. Debra Skibinski welcomes customers into the office and assists in final policy production.
