CHRISTIAN ANDERSON

Built for the Long Game

For Christian Anderson, the foundation of his real estate career was laid long before he earned his license. Growing up in the Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, area on a Christmas tree farm, Christian learned early that meaningful results require patience, responsibility, and a willingness to work hard.

Those lessons would later become defining elements of his approach to business.

“I grew up in the Lake Geneva, Wisconsin area on a Christmas tree farm, where I learned the value of hard work and persistence from an early age,” Christian shares.

He also grew up surrounded by family friends who worked in real estate and other sales-related businesses. Their encouragement introduced him to the possibilities of a career in sales, but Christian’s entrepreneurial instincts were already taking shape.

While still in high school, he launched several e-commerce businesses, purchasing products in bulk and reselling them through Amazon, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace. Along the way, he developed experience in marketing, negotiation, and customer service—skills that would later translate naturally into real estate.

“I also started buying and reselling products online while I was still in high school, which helped develop my entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take calculated risks,” he says.

A Career Built on Relationships
After graduating high school, Christian earned his real estate license and launched his career in late 2021. He began by prospecting For Sale By Owners and expired listings, an experience that reinforced the importance of consistency and perseverance.

Rather than looking for a shortcut, Christian focused on building his business one relationship at a time. His client base grew, followed by a strong referral network. Today, referrals account for the majority of his business—something he considers both a point of pride and a reflection of the relationships he has built.

“I’m incredibly grateful for and proud of” the fact that the majority of his business now comes from referrals, he says.

Christian operates as an individual agent with Christian Anderson - Premier Point Realty, a structure that allows him to remain closely involved throughout every transaction. For him, the value is in being personally accessible and accountable from the beginning of a client relationship through the closing and beyond.

“I’m an individual agent because I enjoy being directly involved with every client and transaction from start to finish,” he explains.

That hands-on philosophy carries through every aspect of his business. Christian emphasizes consistent communication, creative marketing, and a willingness to go above and beyond, with the goal of ensuring his clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Service at Every Step
For Christian, real estate is about more than facilitating a transaction. It is an opportunity to guide clients through one of the most significant purchases of their lives.

“The most fulfilling part of my work is helping clients with one of the biggest purchases of their lives and guiding them through a complex process,” he says.

That responsibility also means knowing how to handle the unexpected. Christian says learning to manage the issues and emotions that can arise during a transaction has been one of the more challenging aspects of his career. His approach is straightforward: stay calm, communicate clearly, and focus on solutions.

His philosophy for building a lasting business is equally direct.

“Focus on providing excellent service and communicating clearly throughout the entire process,” Christian advises. “When clients feel supported and informed, the referrals and future business will follow.”

A Life Beyond the Closing Table
Christian’s ambitions extend beyond professional growth. His goal for 2025 was to close 65 transactions and continue expanding his sphere, while creating the flexibility to enjoy more of life outside the office.

He and his fiancée, Chloe, have been together for six years and are recently engaged. Together, they enjoy skiing, biking, hiking, weekend getaways, traveling, and exploring new places. Their dog, Gavin, and cats, Spencer and Carl, keep life entertaining at home.

Christian grew up in a family of skiers, making skiing one of his favorite hobbies. He also hopes to take more weekend trips and explore more of Wisconsin.

At the center of both his personal and professional philosophy is a simple principle—one that reflects the values he learned growing up.

“Treat others with honesty, respect, and fairness whether in business or everyday life.”
