As the owner of Four Points Title, LLC, a full-service title and real estate settlement provider based in Louisiana, Alana leads a team committed to ensuring smooth transactions and peace of mind for every client who walks through the door.

“I am passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of home ownership,” Alana says. “We strive to ensure all transactions go smoothly and keep open lines of communication with buyers, sellers, and agents throughout the process.”

Alana’s journey into the real estate world began nearly two decades ago. Eighteen years in the profession have shaped her into a business owner who leads with both experience and empathy. She and her team handle everything from title work to estate planning, with services that span wills, trusts, business formation, and more. Their in-house abstracting team covers the entire state of Louisiana, while their attorneys are equipped to handle a range of legal needs.

“We have an experienced team of attorneys, notaries, and processors who have handled thousands of real estate transactions,” Alana explains. “We enjoy working with first-time home buyers to seasoned investors. Our IDEAL client is anyone needing assistance with a real estate transaction.”

Born in New Orleans, Alana’s Louisiana roots run deep. But when she was seven, her family moved to Savannah, Georgia after her father, who was in the Air Force, received a job transfer. Even so, the call of New Orleans remained strong, and Alana eventually returned, ready to serve the community she never stopped calling home.

“I work hard and put 110% plus into everything I do,” she says. That drive is something she brings to every closing table, and it’s reflected in the culture she’s built at Four Points Title.

Her team includes professionals who each play a crucial role: Vance Ott serves as Title Examiner and Closing Attorney, Patricia Arevalo is a Notarial Closer and bilingual team member, Stephen Douglas-Dupre supports operations as Marketing Director and Assistant, Fahada Hull works as a Notarial Assistant, and Randy Weber handles Post Closing and Courier services. Together, they form a team that prioritizes responsiveness and communication above all.

“We take pride in being on top of communication with our clients,” Alana says. It’s a simple but powerful differentiator in a business where timing and clarity can mean everything.

Outside of work, Alana keeps life just as full. She’s been married to her husband, Denny, for ten years, and together they raise their son, Rhett, who turns eight in October. Their family also includes Bella, an energetic eight-month-old Labrador retriever. As a family, they love to travel, spend time with friends, and cheer on LSU and the Saints whenever they get the chance.

With a team she trusts and a mission that’s deeply personal, Alana sees each closing as more than just a transaction—it’s a milestone for someone’s future. And that, she says, is what continues to drive her every day.
