JUBRIL WILSON

Changing Lives

Jubril Wilson is a powerhouse of passion and drive for both life and new home construction. Jubril works with different REALTORSⓇ across the world, sharing his coaching program and how he got to turn his game around in 2008.

The Early Years
Jubril graduated from the University of Maryland in 1998. He studied marketing and went on to become a marketing consultant and film producer. In 2004, he got his MBA at Frostburg State University, followed by his real estate license in 2006.

But it wasn’t until 2008 that Jubril was humbled to realize the startling fragility of life. A shattering diagnosis gave him two years to live.

This is when Jubril says he asked himself: What are you building in your life right now?

“All of us have a hook,” Jubril says. “All of us have a story that is unique to our value proposition… I had a revelation to become the Michael Jordan of my field.”

The Fire Is Lit
There are many reasons why someone might become a real estate agent. For some, it is the challenge of working in a fast-paced and competitive industry. Others are drawn to the idea of helping people find their dream homes. And then, some thrive in the process of buying and selling properties.

From a young age, Jubril witnessed his parents use the power of real estate to pay for his education and family vacations. But it wasn’t until 2006 that he decided to leap into the career himself.

In 2018, Jubril hit his stride in the real estate market when he was recognized as a Top Platinum Producer, finding his passion in new home construction. Today, he is the managing partner at KW Metro Center and a highly valued member of the Keller Williams family.

A Shining Example
For anyone interested in building a career in real estate, Jubril is an excellent role model. His total sales volume last year was over $18 million.

As a top producer, Jubril knows a thing or two about success. But he says he didn't get to where he is today alone… He had help from many others along the way.

“Greg Bennett and Tom Ferry get credit for first showing me the way to get beyond six figures in the real estate industry,“ Jubril shares. “The leadership at KW Metro Center has helped me take my business to the next level and beyond. Kelly Wyatt and personal development coach Jerry Clark were also part of my dream team of mentors, as well as Bob Proctor, Mary Morrissey, John Boggs, and Myron Golden.”

Inspiring Others
Ten years on, Jubril started becoming a force to be reckoned with in the world of entrepreneurship. After planting the seeds of entrepreneurship in his own life and watching them bear fruit, he’s helping others achieve success through his Total Balance Entrepreneurship training program.

“Notice what you are noticing,” Jubril quotes from Mary Morrissey. “I got to turn my game around. My time wasn’t up in 2008. I refuse to lose!”

Jubril says after his awakening, his goal now is to make a difference in the world through entrepreneurship. He wants to be remembered as someone who helped others achieve their dreams by providing scholarships and opportunities through New Home University. He knows that entrepreneurship has the power to change the world, and he wants to be a part of that change.

“That’s why today I do more than just sell homes, I sell communities and change lives,” Jubril explains. “I invest in people.”

Thanks to Jubril, soon more and more people will realize their potential and make their mark on the world. He is paying it forward by helping other real estate agents achieve their dreams of financial freedom and has made it his life’s work to help as many people as possible by sharing his knowledge and experience through his coaching program.

Jubril views success as a gateway to greatness, firmly believing that one's true greatness lies in uplifting others. As he eloquently puts it, "Achieving success gives other people the permission to be successful."
