Even in his elementary school years at PS 230, his potential was evident as part of a gifted and talented program. "Many of the students in my class went on to IVY league schools, held positions at NASA, MIT, politics etc. My brother and I both have a 147 IQ which is considered genius," Asher shares proudly.

Transitioning to Staten Island at 13, Asher's academic prowess continued to flourish at IS 7. Yet, academics didn't solely define him; Asher embodied the essence of a student-athlete, showcasing his skills on the baseball field and on stage. "An unusual combination of student athlete," he reflects, recalling his multifaceted pursuits.

His baseball talent took him to great heights, representing the USA team at the World Games against China. Asher's passion for the sport was undeniable, and his dedication paid off when he and his team clinched a Guinness World Record with an unprecedented 78-game winning streak during his high school years at Tottenville.

However, life had other plans for Asher when he faced a pivotal moment at a tryout for the Houston Astros. "I had 12 tryouts in total between junior and senior year but after receiving the news about being too short I decided to pursue education and college," Asher reflects on his decision to shift gears.

Upon graduation, Asher embarked on a career in education, teaching across multiple high schools. Yet, his relentless drive and ambition led him to explore new opportunities beyond the classroom. Transitioning into the corporate education sector, Asher's exceptional performance shattered records, yet he found himself yearning for more.

A chance encounter while waiting tables would change the course of Asher's career once again. Intrigued by the real estate industry, he ventured into title insurance, leveraging his innate salesmanship and network to excel in the field. "I found great success in sales and started to make real money doing it," Asher recalls with a sense of pride.

Joining Kensington Vanguard in 2003 marked a turning point in Asher's career, providing him with a platform to showcase his talents nationally. Guided by the visionary leadership of CEO Brian Cooper, Asher thrived in the dynamic and entrepreneurial environment of the firm, cementing his position as a respected figure in the title insurance industry.
