From Humble Beginnings to the Top 1 Percent
Bobby Saadieh’s journey began far from Silicon Valley — in Iran, where he was born before immigrating to the United States with his family at age two. His father, a former Olympic soccer player, and his mother, the heart of their home, brought the family to San Jose in search of greater opportunity and a brighter future.
“My parents came to this country with limited resources. Neither of my parents spoke English or had a built-in network — but they brought determination, resilience, and a deep commitment to giving our family a better life. We didn’t come from abundance — but I worked my butt off to get us there,” Bobby shares.
That drive led Bobby to earn a business degree, secure both his mortgage and real estate licenses, and eventually build a career that’s earned him national recognition. Today, he’s ranked among the top 1 percent of mortgage originators in the country. He credits much of his growth to elite coaching through The CORE Training, and a commitment to constant improvement.
A Local Leader with a National Reach
Though Bobby’s career began on the broker side, his transition to non-bank retail lending opened new doors. About five years ago, loanDepot approached him with an opportunity to launch a new branch in Morgan Hill.
“They were a fairly new company at the time, and they believed in the vision of opening up a brick-and-mortar location around me and my team here in my hometown of Morgan Hill,” Bobby says.
What began with just three team members — Bobby and his Support Specialist Dallas Garcia, and two loan officers — has grown into a powerhouse of 10, including eight loan officers and an in-office Operations Director, Harneet Bains.
“Having Harneet here in our office is a tremendous value-add to our services,” Bobby asserts. “Loan approvals rely heavily on operations and underwriting, so having the Director of Operations right here with us gives our clients a significant advantage.”

For Bobby, it all comes down to purpose — and that purpose is family. “I’m huge on family,” he emphasizes. “The reason I do what I do is, literally, my children and my family. And being able to help other families achieve the American dream of homeownership reminds me that I’m doing my part to put some good into this world.”

The Saadieh family loves taking summer trips in their Airstream, exploring the California coast and making lasting memories together. At home, Bobby is an avid health and fitness enthusiast. His mornings begin at 4:30 a.m. with a cold plunge, followed by meditation and workouts like Bikram yoga and mountain biking, a routine that helps him stay grounded, energized, and ready to serve.
Rooted in Community
Bobby’s passion for community runs just as deep as his commitment to his clients. He actively supports local causes like CanTree, an initiative that raises funds for children’s school supplies and local food banks.
“The real estate community in Morgan Hill really rallies around this charity,” Bobby shares. “We’ve hosted poker nights to raise money and organized Christmas events to collect food and donations — it’s all about giving back.”
Family First — Always
While business is important, Bobby never wants to lose sight of serving the most important family — his own. Scaling his business in a way that allows for quality time at home has always been a top priority. That balance is why he especially looks forward to the two days a week during summer when his kids come to the office and “pretend” they’re doing loans.

“Planting that entrepreneurial spirit early brings me so much joy,” Bobby says with a smile.

“There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping families who thought homeownership was out of reach,” Bobby says. “Then, a few weeks later, watching them receive the keys to their new home — with financing we helped make possible — is a powerful reminder of why I do what I do. Being part of that moment is incredibly rewarding.”
