Charlene Levi of TLC Realty

Real Estate Broker. Investor. Entrepreneur. Mother. Grandmother. Powerhouse.

For over 25 years, Charlene Levi has been one of the South Shore’s most trusted names in real estate. As a broker, investor, and portfolio manager, she has built a thriving business from the ground up—driven by bold decisions, genuine care for her clients, and a passion for helping people navigate one of life’s biggest milestones: finding a home.

Charlene manages Hingham's TLC real estate firm, oversees more than 200 commercial tenants, and owns a growing portfolio of investment properties. Her career has spanned high-level corporate relocation work, multi-million dollar residential and commercial deals, and the development of thriving local sales teams.

But her proudest achievements? Raising four daughters, reaching new heights as a dedicated and accomplished tennis player, and treasuring quality time with her granddaughter, Lucy.

Charlene’s real estate journey began right after college, when she joined a general brokerage firm and quickly discovered her strength in corporate relocation. Within months, she was managing domestic and international moves—and soon, she was helping Pfizer Pharmaceuticals shape its global relocation policies.

Her work took her to London, Brussels, and Paris, but just as her career was taking off, she was forced to hit pause. While pregnant with her third daughter, Charlene was diagnosed with cancer.

She returned to her hometown on the South Shore, focused on her health, and made a full recovery. “It took a year of my life,” she recalls, “but I came out stronger.”

Shortly after, Pfizer reached out with an offer to return—but Charlene had a new plan.

“I realized I didn’t need to go back. I could build something on my own,” Charlene says.
She launched TLC, a relocation and real estate services company. (TLC was named for Charlene's three oldest daughters: Taylor, Lindsay and Casey. Her youngest daughter, Brooke, would eventually get "The Residences at the Brooke" in Hingham's Lincoln Building named after her.) Within six months, TLC had become a million-dollar operation—with Pfizer as one of her first clients.

Soon after, she landed a game-changing account with State Farm Insurance. Charlene and her team took over inventory management, buying and reselling relocation homes—creating a new profit stream and solidifying TLC’s reputation as a go-to solution for corporate real estate.

As the business grew, Charlene saw an opportunity closer to home. “We were referring so many leads to local agents, it made sense to open our own real estate firm,” she explains. From there, she expanded into general brokerage, on-site sales, and property investments.
She built her business while raising four daughters and working alongside her husband, a successful entrepreneur in the flower industry. Together, they’ve become known for their deep community roots and entrepreneurial spirit.

Charlene is still going full speed. She leads her firm with the same energy she had on day one, mentors new agents, and continues to invest in the local market.

“I feel so lucky to do this work, especially in a town like Hingham where I grew up,” she says. “Helping people find the right home—or the right buyer—is more than a transaction. It’s about guiding them through a huge life decision. That’s what drives me.”
