Paulina Najbar

Keller Williams

As your clients prepare to make their way across the uncertain landscape of their real estate transaction, they rely on your experience and expertise … and your care to help them reach their destination on the other side.

That’s an area where Paulina Najbar excels, as well.

As a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty, Paulina serves as a genuine guide for those she serves.

“My favorite part of what I do in this business is the people I get to meet and the relationships I’m able to create,” Paulina says with a warm smile.

“Buying or selling a house is typically the biggest transaction that people make. I love being the expert that gets to help them with that. It is so rewarding.”

Finding New Opportunity
Paulina was born and raised in Poland until she was 11 years old. At that point, she moved here with her family.

She faced some obstacles in the process. But with her characteristic positivity, she moved forward.

“When we moved here, I didn’t know a single word in English. It took me a year to become fluent,” she recalls.

As she came of age, she finished her high school career in Waynesville and then attended Missouri State, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business.

Finding Her Path Forward
As she began her working career, she considered what would be the best direction for her.

“I had tried doing the 9-to-5 path, but I could tell right away that it wasn’t for me,” she says.

“I’ve always loved working with people, as well as being out and about. The thought of getting into real estate and being involved in my community was something that always appealed to me.”

In time, Paulina had started working in sales, but something seemed a bit off for her.

“It was a high-pressure sales environment. It wasn’t right for me, because the relationship aspect just wasn’t there,” she remembers.

“So I saved up money and got my real estate license. I decided to take a chance and see what happens.”

Opening a New Door
That was March 2019. She dove in and started building her business right away.

As she says with a smile, “I'm very competitive by nature and have always set high goals for myself. I was ready to hit the ground running.”

She has gained a real reputation for results during her relatively young real estate career. In fact, in 2022, she recorded $15.5 million in sales volume, representing 63 transactions.

Family Foundation
One of the major components in life that drives Paulina’s achievements is family.

As she says, “My big why has always been my mom, that's what gets me out of bed on the hard days. When we moved here, she sacrificed her life so us kids can have a better life and the opportunity to pursue the American Dream. I want to make her proud because of all the sacrifices she made for us.”

In her free time, Paulina has a passion for anything outdoors including hiking, traveling and exploring new things and new places. She also likes yoga and working out, as well as spending time with her friends.

“My friends are extremely important to me and I'm so lucky to be surrounded by so many great people,” she says.

Making the Way Ahead Easier for Others
When it comes to giving back, Paulina likes to support the efforts of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Ozarks. In fact, she serves as a Big Sister to Sara and she is also on the organization’s Board of Directors.

“I wanted to get involved with the group because growing up, I wish I had a mentor and someone I
could look up to,” Paulina says.

“At the same time, I wanted to be able to give back and help someone else shape their future.”

Clearly, Paulina helps many people around her achieve their goals as a genuine guide that they know they can count on.
