Brock Rapp

Empire, REALTORS

Each life has vital milestones … key moments that signify the start of a new stage … a new phase that is filled with promise and opportunity.

Each day, you help people cross that threshold through the work you do helping them achieve their real estate goals.
Brock Rapp appreciates having the opportunity to serve in that role, as well.

As a real estate agent with Empire Realtors, Brock has a passion for helping those around him write new chapters.
“I love all the people I meet through the course of what I do in real estate. I’ve helped people from age 21 up to 94,” Brock explains.

“It’s a great feeling for me to be able to help people buy a home and learn about them. I learn things that I’ve never known before. My favorite part is all the people I get to work with and meet.”

From Passion to Profession
Brock earned his real estate license in September 2020. But as he thinks back, Brock says his start in the business had been on his mind for a while.

“I always had a passion for real estate. I found myself looking into it, studying it and going to open houses while I was managing a customer care team for T-Mobile,” Brock remembers. “I had a great job, and it was scary to give up that job to go into a 100 percent commission-based role.”

In time, T-Mobile merged with Sprint and Brock’s position was eliminated.
“At that point, I knew that it was time for me to jump into real estate,” Brock recalls. “It was the best thing that has happened to me.”

A Wealth of Experience
As Brock earned his license and began his journey in real estate, he moved forward with the skillset he brought from his prior life.

“It felt like a natural fit from the start. I don’t feel like I struggled. I realized I had a larger personal network than I thought. I also made good connections through working with my partners,” Brock says.

“Within two to three months through networking and putting myself out there, I didn’t have to door-knock and cold-call.”

Record of Results

Brock has spared little time in making his presence known in the business. He has quickly established a record for results and has continued to build over the past three years.

In fact, he has been a Silver Medal recipient from the Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS®. As a solo agent, he averages $5 million to $6 million in sales volume a year.

Family Fulfillment
Away from work, Brock treasures time with his family, including his wife, Beth, and their children — 16-year-old, Caeden; 4-year-old, Jack; and 2-year-old, Noa.

In his free time, Brock loves staying active with his family. Some of his favorites include traveling, camping and anything that has to do with the water. One of their favorite destinations to enjoy together is Tablerock Lake. Brock also has a passion for working on cars.

When it comes to giving back, Brock appreciates the work being done by The Rare Breed in Springfield …an organization that helps those affected by teen homelessness

Qualities of a Leader

Those who know Brock appreciate the fact that he is someone they can count on to give his all on their behalf. In the process, he is also known for maintaining a sense of calm and strength in stressful situations, which makes his role in real estate a natural.

“With what I do, I always just try to remember not to get hung up on the small things in life. For
example, I remember having a transaction that was almost derailed over a damaged window screen,” Brock says. “I think it’s important to not get hung up on the small stuff.”

Congratulations to Brock Rapp for the work he dedicates himself to … focusing on giving his clients the highest level of service.

“My focus is on giving my clients the best service,” Brock says. “I’ve brought a lot of what I’ve learned and done there to my real estate business. I enjoy what I do and always want to give those around me the best experience I can.”
