Your clients have a general idea of where they want to head in life. Part of that equation is obviously where they choose to live. That’s where you come in with the tools to help their dreams become reality.

As they venture down that unfamiliar path toward their next home, they turn to you for your experience and expertise.

Ronessa Williams cherishes that role, as well.

As a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams and Team Leader of The Modern Homestead, she is proud to play a part in opening new doors for them.

“I really enjoy having conversations with my clients to find out what their hopes and goals are,” Ronessa says.

“When it comes to working with those on the buyers’ side, I love going into a house and seeing the potential in that property for buyers and helping them to open their eyes for the potential there. It’s a lot like seeing a light bulb go off over their heads and them seeing what can be achieved there.”

Benefitting from Her Prior Experience
Prior to beginning her journey in the business, Ronessa was a farmer’s wife.

“I helped him run the day-to-day operations on the farm. It was an 800-acre operation that involved a lot. I always knew a lot about farm ground and what that entailed when it came to livestock and machinery,” she remembers.

“Overall, I had a good idea of what farm properties were.”

An Eye for Design
She also had a strong interest and talent when it came to interior design, with friends asking her on an ongoing basis for her insights and design opinions.

That love for homes that Ronessa has can be traced back to when she was growing up.

“I remember that, when I was 12 years old, my parents bought a house. I really liked the process of going and seeing all the different types of homes,” Ronessa remembers.

“In time, a friend encouraged me to get into the business. I had initially asked him about the idea of me getting into the mortgage side of the industry, but he was adamant that he thought I should do real estate, so I gave that a shot and got my license in 2015.”

Soon, Ronessa dove into her new role. Of course, with everything comes a certain level of learning. But she moved forward with resilience … working around the hurdles that come with a new career in real estate.

“I like challenges. As I think back, I’ve always been an overachiever,” Ronessa says.

“From the start, I knew this was for me. I didn’t get bored with it. It was right up my alley.”

Sparking a Positive Difference
Those who know Ronessa see the spark that drives her to get involved and make a tangible difference wherever she can.

One example of that desire to be involved and make an impact was her role in starting the Chamber of Commerce in Ash Grove. That was just the start. She also helped in starting the Growth of the Rural Ozarks (GRO) economic initiative to bolster business in the area.

“Those are things that I’ve been naturally drawn to. I like being active and it’s rewarding to be involved in efforts that help the public,” she emphasizes.

Ronessa is also grateful for the teamwork she enjoys with her Buyer’s Agent, Erin Kennedy.

Wonderful Life
Ronessa’s world is made much richer by her family, including her children — 12-year-old daughter, Lily; and 3-year-old son, Rowdy.

In her free time, she likes to ride horses with her daughter and take part in rodeo events. She also has a love for being outdoors.

The Spirit of Success
When you talk with Ronessa, it doesn’t take long to see the strong spirit that guides her in what she does. She dedicates herself fully to the needs of her clients step by step.

“It means a lot to me to know that my clients trust me and they see my integrity,” she says.

“I always want them to know that I’m looking out for my best interests and that I am there to help instill confidence in them for their future steps in real estate. I really pride myself on that.”
