Renea Frizzell
Home Sweet Home Realty

Through the course of what you do, you provide an invaluable service that goes well beyond the nuts and bolts of any specific real estate transaction.
For the people you serve, you serve as a trusted resource for their needs before, during and after the closing.
That’s an area where Renea Frizzell excels, as well.
As a Broker/Owner with Home Sweet Home Realty, Renea is driven to build strong bonds with those she serves.
“The biggest joy I get from real estate is 100 percent about the clients … getting to talk and laugh with them,” Renea explains.
“So many of the people who I’ve had a chance to work with have turned into my friends. It is such a personal thing to do … making friends with my clients.”
Getting Her Start
Before getting into real estate, Renea worked as a nurse starting when she was 20 years old. She had also welcomed her first child into the world when she was 18.
In time, she was ready to start a new path in life.
“I wanted to spend more time with my kids and have a more flexible schedule. In 2016, my husband and I purchased a rental property. Then we purchased a few more,” Renea remembers.
“Eventually, I wanted to become a real estate agent so I could buy and sell the houses and negotiate my own deals. It flourished from there. I started working with clients and referrals. I realized how much I enjoyed doing that side of it, too. It was nice because I could relate to my clients so well.”
A Fast Start
She earned her license in 2018 and started building her success story in real estate. It didn’t take long for her to feel the passion for her work that continues to drive her forward today.
“I love helping people,” she says. “I’m driven by helping my clients.”
Making Her Mark
Along the way, Renea has picked up honors and accolades. She was named to the 40 Under 40 Christian County list. She has also earned Gold Level recognition from the local Board of REALTORS®
Today, Renea continues to expand her business in multiple areas of the industry.
Beyond residential sales and investing, she also works on commercial deals, as well as property management — with her and a staff managing about 200 properties.
Teamwork is a major point of pride for Renea. She appreciates the team of real estate professionals that surround her as realtors at Home Sweet Home Realty that include Rachel Dillard, Heather Collins, Hannah Ough, Luke Rauch, Kelly Norton, Alissa Schrader, Grace Huckfeldt and Gianna Argiso. She is also very grateful for her office staff that keep Home Sweet Home Realty moving who include Kim Coleman, Chelsea Tinsley and Kirby Norman.
“We all work so close together,” she says. “We help each other and show up for each other. We are very tight-knit.”
Family Fulfillment
Family is at the heart of life for Renea. She looks forward to time with her husband, Brock, and their children — 15-year-old, Beckett; and 8-year-old son, Brixton. They also have two dogs.
In her free time, Renea enjoys gardening with her husband and sons and spending time with friends and family.
She also likes to spend time at the lake. One of her favorites is wake surfing. In addition, she and her family manage and own rentals in Alabama. In turn, they enjoy spending time at Orange Beach.
When it comes to giving back, Renea and Brock have a heart for helping. He runs the Authentic Men’s Group non-profit. Another organization that Renea likes to support is the Rebound Foundation for victims of domestic abuse.
Leading the Way
As Renea thinks about the growth she has experienced in the business, she offers helpful tips for others who are looking to take their own steps forward in the business.
“First, just don’t give up. It’s tough to get started and take the leap into something new. Start and move forward a little bit each day. Start with school, then with testing then with clients. I always tell my team members no matter what, just don’t give up,” Renea says.
“In the real estate world, you also need to be letting people know who you are and what you do. Whether that be to friends and family, neighbors, etc. They need to know that you are in the real estate business. No one will come up and ask you to buy a house or sell a house unless they know who you are and what you do. You must let people know.”
The value of building and maintaining strong bonds can’t be overstated when it comes to laying the foundation for success today and in the future. Thanks to Renea Frizzell, people across the region are moving forward in their own lives — and closer to their goals.
