After serving in the United States Marines for 14 years, Jack began looking for a new career. When observing a plumber install a garbage disposal in his brother-in-law’s house, he was inspired. “I saw what a rewarding and lucrative business this could be and was immediately interested.” After making the career move, Jack worked for a national chain for 8 years before moving with his family to Strafford, Missouri in 2004. Later that same year, Jack’s dedication to service and customer care led him to open his own plumbing company.
“We are a full service plumbing company,” says Jack. “We help clients understand their plumbing systems and the importance for routine maintenance of their drain lines and sewage systems.” Jack ensures customers receive the most up-to-date services by keeping up with industry advances. “I provide training for my employees so that they will have knowledge of the new and streamlined ways to provide the best customer service. I then advise my clients on the best way to fix their plumbing issues without charging an arm and a leg.”
Whether it’s routine maintenance, a small leak or a major repair, Action Rooter Sewer & Drain is available around the clock to provide plumbing solutions. They also work with property management companies, home warranty companies, and real estate agents. “We do onsite plumbing inspections, including video inspections, and repairs when needed,” Jack says.
Building and maintaining customer relationships is a top priority for Jack. “I have a very personal relationship with many of my clients. I have clients who have been with me from the beginning of my business and I have seen many of my customers during their highs and lows like the loss of a spouse or child. I take my client relationships very seriously and will continue to serve each client based on their individual needs.”
