Zac Albers
Albers Real Estate Group

The celebration photos most people see online of people with their new homes are awesome.
As you know, there are many, grueling and tense hours filled with determination and work to get there.
Those hours are filled with your diligent efforts.
Zac Albers enjoys fulfilling that role.
As Broker/Owner with Albers Real Estate Group, Zac has an undeniable drive for helping those around him realize their goals … by taking care of the details that add up to create real results.
As he says, “I love working on the listing side … helping clients sell their house and exceeding their expectations … providing them with unexpectedly good customer service and getting back to them … doing the small things really well.”
Diving In
Zac got his start in the business when he earned his license in 2011. He dove right in with a vision to create and perfect his own path. In fact, he became a Broker before he ever did his first transaction.
“Prior to real estate, I had a career in management and managing call centers. I hated the industry. I really didn’t enjoy what I did, but it was hard to get out of it, because I made a good living. I had an opportunity to take a position at TLC, a family property management company,” Zac remembers.
“The owner, Sam Coryell, hired me as Director of Operations in 2009 during the Great Recession. It was an interesting time to get into property management. I helped them turn that management company around.”
The Drive to Make Things Happen
While working with the organization, Zac opened a third-party management division for TLC. In time, Sam approached Zac.
“He had a Broker’s license, but he wanted me to get a license in 2011,” Zac says. “I had it for two years and never used it for any transactions, because we were in property management.”
In time, Zac received an offer that was too good to pass up to get into the marketing and advertising business. After doing that for a time, Zac turned his attention to real estate.
“In 2016, I had a friend who had a house in Ozark that sat on the market for six months. The listing had expired. I looked at it and I felt like the listing could be a lot better. The owner wanted me to list it for them. I had never done that and said sure I’ll do that. I sold it in 24 hours. All I did was I changed the listing with better photos and doing the correct listing presentation and a Facebook ad campaign.”
Reputation for Results
It wasn’t long before Zac started marketing his services as someone who could move hard-to-sell properties and it grew. In January of 2017 Zac made the move into real estate full-time.
Since then, he has grown the business quickly to 30 to 40 transactions a year and then held steady for the last four years.
“It has been primarily me. My wife came on as my Transaction Coordinator last year,” Zac says. “Recently I hired a Buyer’s Agent and put some things in place to grow production with a goal of 70 to 80 deals.”
Away from work, Zac treasures time with family, including his wife, Jodi, and children — Hunter, Hayden and Ahna.
In his free time, Zac enjoys family time and spending time watching school sports and activities.
As Zac looks to the future, he’s launching his own business called ShowingSchedule—a showing management software package, especially for real estate agents.
“It should launch any time now, and our vision is for it to go nationwide,” he smiles.
Congratulations to Zac Albers for the tremendous success he has created and continues to build upon … one detail at a time.
