Following the Feeling

Ashley Bremmer believes most people know the moment they’ve found the right home.
“You’ll know it’s the one by the vibe you get when you walk through the door,” she says. “When you light up, we’ve found it.”
Ashley’s interest in homes began long before her real estate career. Growing up in Thornton, Colorado, she often tagged along with her parents as they toured model homes.
“My parents would look at the décor,” Ashley recalls. “My dad and I would go straight to the freezer looking for the raw Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough balls.”
Those childhood outings sparked something bigger. Walking through staged homes, studying floor plans, and imagining how spaces could come together ignited an early fascination with design and the feeling a home can create. Today, that passion sits at the center of her career.
Ashley became a licensed Realtor in 2021, but her experience with real estate began years earlier. In 2006, she and her husband Steve started buying, renovating, and renting homes together. Moves between Colorado, Arizona, and Kansas gave them hands-on experience managing rentals, renovating properties, and eventually selling homes themselves.
Steve has worked for Red Bull Energy Drink for the past 15 years, and together the couple continues to buy, renovate, and flip homes on the side. Today they also own four rental properties, blending business with a shared passion for real estate.
Before launching her real estate career, Ashley built a background in people-focused professions, working as a dental assistant, cosmetic surgery assistant, and hairstylist with a full clientele. Those roles strengthened the communication and relationship-building skills she now uses every day with clients.
In just five years as a Realtor, Ashley has built impressive momentum, becoming one of the top producers at her brokerage. She earned Rookie of the Year honors and has received multiple Five Star Awards and the Masters Ruby Award three times. She now consistently closes multi-million dollars in sales each year.
While the numbers reflect a growing business, Ashley says the most meaningful moments happen at the closing table.
“Seeing the excitement and relief on clients’ faces at closing is the most rewarding part,” she shares. “Especially with first-time buyers, relocations, or seniors downsizing.”
One experience in particular stands out.
Ashley was helping a client who had lost her home of 50 years in the Palisades fires in California. After relocating to Colorado to be closer to family, the search for a new home felt overwhelming. The client hoped to find something with mountain views, elevator access, and a space that felt truly special.
Ashley eventually discovered a four-level townhome in Superior that checked every box, complete with an elevator and views of both the mountains and a nearby lake.
“When she walked in, she started crying and we hugged,” Ashley remembers. “It was a powerful reminder of the emotional impact of finding the right home.”
Ashley serves her clients through Century 21 Signature Realty and credits the brokerage’s collaborative culture for helping her grow. She especially enjoys helping buyers relocate to Colorado and guiding them through finding the right community and home, while working with clients across all price points, from first-time buyers to luxury home clients.
“We have Mastermind Monday, where we share what’s working and celebrate wins together,” she explains.
While real estate is her focus today, Ashley also has creative ambitions for the future. At one point, an independent producer approached her about developing a real estate television concept. She filmed a sizzle reel, and the idea was pitched to networks including HGTV and FYI before production paused during COVID. The experience, however, opened the door to bigger possibilities.
“I would love to host a real estate-based TV show someday,” she says. “I still have big creative ideas for the future.”
At home, Ashley’s life is centered around family. She and Steve met in middle school, and today they are raising their two sons, Grayson and Breck. In a full-circle moment, the boys now attend the same school where Ashley and Steve first met.
As a family, they enjoy lake days, bike rides, pickleball, traveling, and cheering on their boys at sports events. They also share a love for local restaurants, breweries, and of course Bravo reality shows—something that inspired Ashley’s nickname for herself, the “The Realtor House Wife of Denver.”
For Ashley, success means balancing a thriving business with being a present wife and mom, while delivering an exceptional experience for every client.
At the heart of it all is the same feeling that first sparked her love of homes years ago, the belief that the right space, at the right moment, can change everything. And when her clients walk through the door and light up, Ashley knows she’s doing exactly what she set out to do, following the feeling.
