Ryleigh Ozier
Driven by Relationships, Grounded by Family
Ryleigh Ozier didn’t stumble into real estate. She was already moving toward it long before she had the title.
“I’ve always been very entrepreneurial,” she says. “From a young age, I was always hustling and starting little businesses.”
Growing up in Austin, Texas, Ryleigh filled her time with ventures like dog washing, babysitting, and becoming the top Girl Scout cookie seller—anything that gave her an opportunity to challenge herself and grow. Spending summers and winters at her family’s second home in Steamboat is where she first fell in love with Colorado, ultimately influencing her decision to attend the University of Colorado Boulder.
After college, Ryleigh entered the real estate world on the commercial side, working in office management. It was her first real exposure to the industry, and it clicked quickly.
“I fell in love with the fast pace and hustle,” she recalls. “But I also felt a strong pull toward residential real estate, where I could work more directly with clients.”
That pull turned into a transition and ultimately a career built on connection. Before real estate, she had taken a different kind of crash course in people skills. Working as a cocktail server at the St. Julien Hotel in Boulder, Ryleigh learned how to stay composed, attentive, and responsive in a fast-moving environment.
“It taught me a lot about hospitality and communication,” she explains. “That client-first approach is something I still carry with me every day.”
That foundation is easy to see in how she runs her business now. Six years in, with nearly $11 million in volume last year, Ryleigh has built a reputation around being intentional—about how she works, how she presents, and how she shows up for her clients.
“I focus on creating an elevated experience,” she says. “From how a home is prepared and styled to how it’s positioned in the market, everything is done with purpose.”
While Ryleigh has always been client-centered, joining The Agency Denver nearly four years ago helped take her business to another level. Surrounded by high-performing agents and a collaborative culture, she has refined her presentation, strengthened her marketing, and become more strategic in how she positions her listings.
“Overall, the collaborative environment and strong marketing platform have been huge contributors to my success,” Ryleigh explains. “It’s the first time in my career that I’ve really felt like I have coworkers in real estate—there are so many talented agents I can collaborate with, ask questions, and bounce ideas off of.”
The core of her business, however, remains the same. It’s all about the people and the trust they place in her, which she does not take lightly.
“There’s something incredibly meaningful about a past client trusting me enough to introduce me to their friends or family—it’s the highest compliment,” she says.
Her definition of success reflects that same belief, alongside providing for her family—her husband, Blake; their 10-month-old son, Austin; and their lab, Nugget. It’s a perspective that has only deepened since becoming a mother this past year.
“My son Austin has completely changed my perspective and given me a deeper appreciation for life,” Ryleigh shares. “He’s truly my ‘why’—the reason I push myself, grow, and show up as the best, most driven version of myself every day.”
When she’s not working, Ryleigh is with her family—whether it’s a cozy night at home, trying a new restaurant, hiking, or exploring different areas of Denver.
“I have the best little crew,” she says with a smile. “This season of life with a young family is really special to me.”
And in many ways, that’s what everything continues to build toward. Not just production or growth, but a life that reflects both ambition and intention. A business rooted in relationships, and a life grounded in the people who matter most.
“I want to be remembered as a strong, driven woman who built a powerful, successful business and wasn’t afraid to go after what she wanted,” Ryleigh says. “And just as importantly, I want to be remembered as an amazing, present mom—proving that you can build an incredible career and a beautiful life for your family at the same time, without having to choose between the two.”
