ZACH OSTERGAARD & ENDER CHUC EZ REALTY WI

MAKING REAL ESTATE EASY

In the competitive landscape of Southeastern Wisconsin real estate, partnerships often form out of convenience or corporate restructuring. But for Zach Ostergaard and Ender Chuc, the foundation of EZ Realty WI was laid much earlier—back in the sixth grade.

Today, the duo operates as 50/50 partners, blending two distinct life journeys into a cohesive mission to simplify one of life’s most complex financial hurdles. While their backgrounds differ—one a Racine native with a family history of military discipline, the other a Belize-born immigrant who climbed the ranks of national sales—they are united by a shared philosophy: authenticity over ego.

“We are very set on keeping a small team or the best individuals,” Zach shares. “We want to be able to offer every client a customized experience.”

Parallel Paths to a Common Goal
Zach Ostergaard was raised in a middle-class Racine household where diversity was a daily teacher. Though shy as a child, he credits his parents for his eventual transformation into a community-focused professional. “Mother helped establish a very strong work ethic,” Zach notes. “As a combat vet who served for 11 years, my Father helped establish discipline and a no-BS approach to everything I try to do.”

Before real estate, Zach managed a fitness center, but the global pandemic forced a sudden pivot. After losing his job due to COVID-19, he dove headfirst into the industry in 2020.

Ender Chuc’s journey to the closing table was equally transformative. Born in Belize and raised primarily by a single mother he describes as the “rock of my life,” Ender’s early years were defined by resilience.

“I had a very humble upbringing, to say the least, and faced obstacles in every aspect of my life,” Ender reflects. “I am the walking proof that with a lot of hard work, anything is possible regardless of the hand you were given.”

While Zach was navigating the fitness world, Ender was honing his grit in the high-stakes arena of door-to-door fiber internet sales. Despite being an introvert, Ender rose to become the top salesman in the U.S. out of 8,000 reps. However, he knew he wanted more. He joined Zach in the industry in 2021, and by early 2025, they officially established EZ Realty WI.

The Power of the Process
What sets the team apart is their specialized approach to the market. Ender, who holds degrees in Marketing and Business Management, views himself as a “Real Estate Problem Solver,” focusing heavily on investments, foreclosures, and probate deals. Zach, meanwhile, prides himself on finding off-market opportunities for buyers and providing maximum advertising for sellers.

Their success isn’t measured just by the final sale, but by the daily habits that lead there.

“Most of our goals revolve around real estate, but we have a unique perspective on goal setting,” Zach explains. “We like setting daily goals rather than an overall ‘results type of goal.’ Instead of saying we want to do 100 transactions, we set a goal of making 10 new outreach calls. It helps us focus on the process.”

This process-driven mindset has yielded significant results. In their first year as an incorporated team, they finished as the #1 Producers in Racine County by volume—a feat that caught even them by surprise. “It was cool to see our own names on our production since both of us ended up in the top 500 ranking,” Ender says. “We both don't look at numbers and just keep our heads down and work.”

A Forward-Looking Partnership
Outside of the office, both men find balance in the local community and the outdoors. Zach, recently married to his wife Marria, enjoys hiking national parks and following the Bucks and Packers. Ender spends his time with his girlfriend Claire, enjoying nature walks or indulging his "nerd" side with Legos and video games.

Both are deeply committed to the region that raised them, contributing to the Racine Food Bank, youth sports, and local toy drives. As they look toward the remainder of 2025, their focus remains on refining their systems and maintaining the "Easy" in EZ Realty.

“The most fulfilling thing about this job is the people,” Ender says. “Being able to help people achieve their goals and guide them to creating a life that they dream of.”

For Zach, the secret remains simple: “Good word of mouth and reputation is the most important thing in business.”
