MONTE EADY ME DESIGN STUDIOS
Honest Work, Beautiful Results
In the world of real estate media, where listings compete for attention in an endless digital scroll, Monte Eady has built a business around a simple idea: stop people in their tracks. As the founder of ME Design Studios, he’s spent the past eight years helping real estate professionals present themselves and their properties in a way that feels both elevated and authentic.
“ME Design Studios get to help real estate professionals look absolutely amazing — and honestly, we love every second of it,” Monte says. But for him, the work goes deeper than aesthetics. “No smoke and mirrors — just real, beautiful work that accurately tells your story.”
That balance between beauty and truth is the foundation of his approach. “Our mission is simple: make sure that when someone scrolls past your listing or stumbles onto your brand, they stop dead in their tracks.”
Monte’s path into the creative world began far from the fast-paced real estate markets he serves today. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he studied Graphic Design and photography in Florence, Italy, before completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts in Graphic Design at UW-Milwaukee. What began as creative curiosity eventually became a professional calling.
“It actually happened pretty organically,” he reflects. “I started out contracting with a company doing real estate photography and somewhere along the way it just clicked, why not offer this as my own service? So that's exactly what I did.”
From that point forward, he leaned fully into the space, learning through repetition and experience. “The last two years have been a real education. Every shoot teaches you something new.”
At the core of ME Design Studios is a philosophy that prioritizes people as much as product. “We invest in the people we work with,” Monte explains. “Anyone can point a camera at a property but we take the time to actually understand our clients, their vision, their goals, and what makes them uniquely them.”
That intentional process shapes every project. “We listen first, assess carefully, plan thoughtfully, and then we create with purpose.” He adds that the foundation of their work is not just visual quality, but trust. “Every project we touch is built on a foundation of transparency and integrity.”
It’s a principle that extends into their guiding motto: “Honest Work. Beautiful Results.”
For Monte, integrity is more than a slogan. “Just do what you say you're going to do. Show up. Deliver. Be honest about what you can do and then actually do it.” That consistency, he says, is what opens doors. “When you lead with integrity, your intentions speak for themselves.”
The creative process itself is what keeps him engaged. “Honestly, it comes down to the creative process. You just have to love the process — and we really do.” Every client brings something different to the table. “Every project feels fresh. And I think that's a pretty rare thing — to genuinely look forward to the work.”
He credits much of his growth to a simple framework: “listening, learning and executing. In that order.” He also points to the value of being surrounded by driven professionals through Real Producers events, which he says offer “real conversations, real insights, real value.”
Success, for Monte, is not defined by volume or accolades. “When a client comes back, that means something. When they recommend you to someone they know and trust, that means even more.” At its core, it’s about experience and relationship. “I want people to feel good about working with us.”
Outside of client work, Monte’s creativity rarely shuts off. He paints, designs apparel, experiments with 3D printing, and occasionally gaming—each outlet feeding into the next. That creative momentum also extends into community impact. He recently helped launch a nonprofit STEAM initiative called Digital Dojo.
“Digital Dojo is dedicated to equipping the next generation of innovators with the skills, confidence, and creative vision to thrive in a technology-driven world,” he says. “I think it's important to pour back into the community, especially when creativity has given so much to you.”
Looking ahead, Monte is focused on growth—both for his business and the people he serves. But his philosophy remains steady, captured in a phrase he returns to often: “Stick to the Plan, not your mood.” And another that defines his approach even more broadly: “exposure leads to expansion.”
For Monte, that expansion only matters if it’s shared. “Your growth isn't a byproduct of what we do, it's the whole point. When you win, we win. It's that simple.”
