Adrienne LaBauve

There for the Next Steps

As your clients put their dreams into action and look to you for your experience and expertise, they trust that you will be there to see them through to their happy ending.

Adrienne LaBauve enjoys fulfilling that role for those she serves as well.

Dedicated Drive
As a REALTOR® with eXp Realty, Adrienne dedicates herself to being there for the next steps forward that her clients take.

“We help people plan their lives and make smart investment choices. That’s what I love about this business… helping people take that next step.”

Adrienne earned her real estate license in June 2012. Before that, she took other steps in life herself.

Moves in Life
She was born in Lafayette and grew up near Nashville and then went to LSU for a year.

“I didn’t like the big university feel and went to the University of New Orleans for a semester, then spent the summer in Costa Rica. Right after that, I went to the Czech Republic and was there for four semesters (two years) until I graduated.”

From there, Adrienne had thought about going on to law school and potentially staying in the Czech Republic. But instead, she chose to return home, arriving just two months before Hurricane Katrina hit.

When the storm hit, Adrienne went to San Francisco for a couple of months before returning to the area she loves.

“When I came back here, I started working for an attorney but quickly realized that lifestyle wasn’t for me,” she remembers.

During that time, she also ran a music venue and worked as a bartender.

“After four years at that venue and running that space, I went to talk with a REALTOR® about buying a house,” she says. “A year later, I had my own license.”

Gaining Ground
Since then, Adrienne has dedicated herself to working with her clients to help them reach their real estate goals. Along the way, she feels great gratitude for the people in her life who have sustained and supported her on her journey, including her parents, Marietta and Galen, as well as her significant other, Gunner Rodgers.

She also enjoys time with their puppy, Archie. In her free time, she has a passion for traveling, including short trips to explore new locations.

Adrienne also has a heart for helping.

“Each year, I pick a new nonprofit to donate a portion of my commission to. One is Second Harvest Food Bank. Another is Turning Tables. They’ve created a bar training program and access to other career pathways for students to learn and grow in the hospitality industry. That’s very important in our community.”

Positive Energy
When you talk with Adrienne, it doesn’t take long to realize that she is energized by the opportunity to help those around her reach new milestones in life – with her reputation for being hardworking, reliable, and tenacious as an advocate for those she serves.

“I try my best to be responsive and move as quickly as possible so that my clients get what they need right away,” she says.

As Adrienne moves forward in her career, one of the most rewarding parts for her is building her own team, LaBauve Group.

“I just started this over the past year. I love sponsoring and mentoring agents. It has become something I’m passionate about – surrounding myself with agents who have the same mindset and building a team of partners,” she emphasizes. “I like to help agents get into the business, become successful, and have longevity. I enjoy being a resource to give them guidance, that has really become one of my passions.”

Day by day, Adrienne certainly is there for those around her, supporting their successes, and easing their next steps forward.
