BRENDIN LOVELAND LOVELAND HOME SOLUTIONS

Powering St. Louis with Care

For Brendin Loveland, electrical work is about more than wiring homes. It’s about people.

As the owner of Loveland Home Solutions, Brendin has spent the past 10 years building a business rooted not just in technical expertise, but in service. At its core, his company is simple in mission: “We provide professional and caring service to our customers needing electrical work done.”

That emphasis on care isn’t marketing language — it’s a principle that drives every job.
“We will treat your home with the same care as we treat our own,” Brendin says. “We do not take deposits, and we have a customer satisfaction guarantee.”

Born and raised in St. Louis, Brendin grew up in Ballwin and now lives in the Tower Grove area. His roots in the community run deep, and so does his connection to the electrical trade. He started the business alongside his grandfather, Paul, a veteran who became an electrician after serving as an electrician in the Navy on an atomic submarine.

“We started this business together when I came home from school at Missouri State University,” Brendin explains. The partnership was more than professional, it was foundational. The lessons learned early on still guide him today.

Over the years, Loveland Home Solutions has grown into a full-service electrical contractor specializing in “anything electrical, from new lighting to rewiring an entire house.” But Brendin is quick to point out that tools and technical knowledge are only part of the equation.

“Customer service,” he says plainly, is what makes them different. “We are a customer service company that happens to do electrical work.”

That mindset shapes how the team operates. Brendin describes his staff as “fantastic,” emphasizing that all technicians are trained in-house. “Our staff are trained to expect five-star service while also providing a professional electrical installation,” he says.

For Brendin, excellence isn’t optional — it’s expected. He is passionate about “providing an excellent service that is reliable and easy for our clients.” Beyond that, there’s a deeper purpose behind the work. “We want to make people feel safe and improve their homes,” he says.

That focus on safety and peace of mind has helped build what he considers the company’s strongest asset: its reputation.

“We focus on people. We care about how people feel, and we make sure they are happy before we leave a job,” Brendin says. “Every client matters to us.”

He defines success simply: “A great reputation, happy clients, and happy staff.”

For real estate professionals and other industry partners, Brendin believes Loveland Home Solutions is a natural fit. “We have an excellent reputation, and we give free estimates, so referring us is a sure thing!” he says. With no deposits required and a satisfaction guarantee in place, he understands the importance of trust — especially when someone’s home is involved.

His goals for the coming year reflect both ambition and confidence. “My goals for this year are to grow my business, achieve another 500 five-star reviews, and meet more real estate agents, contractors, and inspectors,” he shares.

Outside of work, Brendin’s life is centered around relationships — much like his business. He is recently engaged to his fiancée, Mary, and the couple shares a dog named Frank. “We love to travel, spend time with friends and family, and play with our dog,” he says. When he’s not on a job site, you might find him camping, floating, trying new restaurants, or enjoying the outdoors.

Balancing entrepreneurship with personal life isn’t always easy. “Being a business owner, I work all the time,” he admits. “But I always set aside time for friends and family.”

It’s that perspective — a commitment to both excellence and connection — that continues to fuel his work. A favorite quote captures his outlook: “Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.”

For Brendin Loveland, every service call is an opportunity to do just that — to create a better ending for each client he serves.
