Bill Poulin
Our goal is to positively impact and bring value to our local REALTORS®.
Anita Jones and Bill Poulin are from Jacksonville, NC, where they were high school sweethearts. Anita graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and Bill attended UNC Wilmington and graduated from Cape Fear College.
Anita enjoyed working in IT at Charles Schwab for 18 years and retired as a VP. Bill was a Sales Manager at AT&T for Yellow Pages and their digital business, yp.com.
They currently reside in North Myrtle Beach, SC. They started Carolina Coast Real Producers in June of 2020, as the pandemic was just underway. They love real estate and have been investors for a long time. They personally know the difference between a great REALTOR® and an average one.
